Bailey Jones

President and Director of Development

Providing extensive leadership experience, Bailey is dedicated to fostering a safe and supportive environment for individuals in their sobriety journey. She leads the organization’s strategic vision and governance, spearheading fundraising initiatives and cultivating partnerships with local businesses, healthcare providers, and community organizations to expand programs and services.

Beyond her professional role, Bailey is a committed mother and wife. In her free time, she enjoys general aviation as a private pilot, painting, playing cello, and travel.

Trei Bradford

Vice President and Director of Operations

For Trei, the mission of sober living is deeply personal, after overcoming addiction himself. He experienced the transformative power of a supportive recovery environment while living in a sober house following a rehabilitation program in jail.

Now, as director of operations, Trei draws on his personal journey to inspire and guide others facing similar struggles. A talented chef, he integrates healthy cooking into the program, emphasizing the role of nutrition and shared meals in fostering connection and community.

Through his leadership and personal testamony, Trei empowers individuals to envision a fulfilling life in sobriety. He is committed to instilling hope, inspiring resilience, and demonstrating that recovery is not only attainable but can be enriched by discovering new passions and purpose.

Logan Shoemaker DNP, FNP-C, RNC-MNN

Director and Medical Advisor to the Board

As the Medical Advisor to the board of NELA Supportive Communities, Dr. Shoemaker brings extensive expertise in nursing and family practice. She advises our board on initiatives that support the physical and mental well-being of our members, ensuring they are aligned with evidence-based practices to meet the diverse needs of individuals in recovery. Dr. Shoemaker collaborates closely with the leadership team to promote holistic approaches to maintaining sobriety, emphasizing prevention and health education.

Committed to community health, she also serves disadvantaged populations as a medical practitioner for Winn Correctional Facility. In addition to her professional roles, Dr. Shoemaker is a loving mother to a special needs boy, enjoys traveling, and is active in her church community in Ruston, LA.

Jeremy Jones

Treasurer

Jeremy Jones contributes a strong academic background and diverse professional expertise to his role as Treasurer of NELA Supportive Communities. Holding dual Bachelor’s degrees in Forestry and Economics as well as an MBA, Jeremy leverages his knowledge of financial management to oversee the organization’s financial health and strategic growth.

In his role as Treasurer, Jeremy manages the budgets, financial reporting, and ensures compliance with regulations. He develops and implements financial strategies, efficiently allocating resources and helping to secure funding through grants, donations, and fundraising initiatives to maximize impact. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Jeremy enjoys hiking and camping with his kids.

Natalie Elledge

Administrative Manager

Bringing energy and dedication to her role while completing her junior year at Louisiana Tech University, Natalie creates an efficient environment of support within the organization.

In her position, Natalie oversees daily administrative operations, ensuring seamless coordination of office activities and providing essential help to both staff and board members. Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail enable NELA Supportive Communities to maintain smooth operations, allowing the team to focus on their mission of empowering individuals in recovery.

Originally from Bossier City, LA, Natalie enjoys volunteering with children, participating in community events, and is an active member of her church.
